Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Show no signs of wear

• Be returned in original condition

• Have all original tags attached (if applicable)

Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers may choose to add optional return protection at checkout. When this option is selected, return shipping is covered for eligible returns.

• If return protection is not purchased, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

• Eligible items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to inspection upon arrival.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Restocking fees may apply in certain situations.

Exclusions

• Final sale items and special discounted items are not eligible for returns.
